Alberta leading the Way! An Update on the Regulation of Counselling Therapy in Alberta

The Association of Counselling Therapy of Alberta (ACTA) has released a major update on their progress towards the regulation of Counselling Therapy, Addictions Counselling and Child and Youth Care Counselling in Alberta.  ACTA has made available the following information on the transition from FACT-Alberta to ACTA, and the work completed and underway to prepare for the new College of Counselling Therapy of Alberta (CCTA). 

The first of two webinars for those Alberta practitioners who would like to learn more about the new College of Counselling Therapy in Alberta was held on April 5, 2019, a recording can be found here, please note to view this recorded webinar you will be required to install Adobe Connect. The second webinar will be held on May 8th, 2019, 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM MT.  Alberta members can REGISTER HERE.
