ACCT OFFICE HOURS
The ACCT Offices will be closed on Friday April 15 and Monday April 18. The office will reopen on Tuesday April 19.
Our regular office hours are Monday to Thursday 8 am to 1 pm PDT.

Denise Cunningham has recently resigned from her role as Registrar. Denise has performed a key role as Registrar. Her professional and conscientious approach to a very complex job will be greatly missed. We wish Denise all the best in her future activities. Many thanks!
We are happy to introduce our new Registrar, Dianne Geeraert. Dianne brings a strong background in program development and administrative leadership. Please welcome Dianne to our operational team!
TOWN HALL UPDATES

NEXT TOWN HALL IS FRIDAY, MAY 6 at 3pm PDT
Hosted by Byron Miki - Executive Director and members of the Board of Directors.
The meeting will be about 90 minutes in length. This is a great opportunity to meet your leadership team. Format: the first 45 minutes will include some brief reports and updates. The second 45 minutes will be available for Questions and Answers.

FACTBC UPDATE
FACTBC Lunch and Learn: Friday April 22, 12:00-1:00 PM
A common question that is asked is, "What standard is used to determine who gets into a regulatory college? What role do credentials play?"
At FACTBC's Lunch and Learn, you'll learn:
- What is the role of the Competency Profile (CP) in a profession
- How the CP for Counselling Therapists was created
- How it has evolved and continues to be kept current
FACTBC Board members and association members are strongly encouraged to attend to get a full understanding of the Competency Profile and its importance in regulation of the counselling therapy profession.

As you know, we are a member-run cooperative, so we rely on our members to run many aspects of our organization. ACCT has some exciting opportunities to volunteer.
Please sign up to volunteer using the application form. We meet over zoom at this time and for the forseeable future, so all ACCT members are welcome to apply regardless of your area of residence.
