Criminal Record Check (CRC)
All applicants are required to submit a Criminal Record Check ("CRC")
- must include a 'Vulnerable Sector Check'
- must be dated within the last 12 months
In order to obtain a CRC, please visit your local police station or RCMP detachment and request a complete CRC with Vulnerable Sector check, as stated above. Once you've received your CRC, you are required to scan and upload your copy of these forms under Misc Uploads Forms.
Your application will remain on hold until ACCT receives complete CRC report.
