Existential Analysis (EA), originally developed by Dr. Viktor Frankl and elaborated by Dr. Alfried Längle is an experiential, phenomenological and person-oriented psychotherapy embodying the central concept of “training the therapist as the primary tool in therapy.” It is a comprehensive theoretical and practical method of psychotherapy and offers specific treatment approaches for depression, anxiety, grief, couples, self-worth, addiction, personality disorders, etc.

eTherapy Essentials’ Introductory Training course was developed to support counsellors interested in expanding their clinical skills into the online world. It was also created to bridge the gap in missing information about the best practices and ethical provision of online counselling services. This course offers highly researched content to promote the competent and knowledgeable delivery of online counselling services.
The certificate program is comprised of ten modules covering topics such as the history of eTherapy, current online counselling guidelines, practical and professional ethics, personal and clinical skills required, online counselling methodologies, benefits and challenges, business considerations and more.
